Personal Trainer | Co-founder & Operations Director

Rui has cultivated an extensive and profound knowledge of sports and fitness, a journey that began in his youth. Throughout the years, he has explored various sports, including karate, volleyball, and kayaking, with kayaking emerging as his true passion. Rui not only competed in kayaking with notable success but also dedicated five years to coaching others as a kayaking instructor, where he found great fulfillment in guiding his students to reach their full potential.

In 2018, Rui's dedication to advancing his expertise led him to the UK, where he pursued higher education at Solent University. There, he immersed himself in the study of Sports Performance Coaching, refining his understanding of the intricate science and art behind optimising athletic performance. This period marked a significant deepening of his commitment to fitness and coaching, as he continuously sought to expand his knowledge and practical skills.

By 2022, Rui had become a certified trainer, bringing together years of experience and extensive qualifications. His passion for providing top-tier personal training services led him to partner with Jai, with whom he created a truly exceptional personal training experience that reflects Rui's comprehensive understanding of sports performance, dedication to client success, and a lifelong commitment to excellence in the field of fitness and coaching.
