Working with a trainer in almost all traditional gym settings is an extremely arbitrary process. What happens when things go awry? Pretty much nothing. There is certainly no monitoring of outcomes or weekly performance checks. Our trainers are held accountable at every level for ensuring you achieve exceptional results. We monitor everything. Nothing is left to chance.

Training with Empowr is all about the results you achieve. During our first meeting, we will discuss your health and fitness background. You will be weighed, and your key measurements taken. This may sound daunting, but you’ll love it when we reach week four and do it again!

From that first meeting, we will work together to set and attain realistic goals. You will be given fitness testing, so we can record an accurate starting point and you will be able to track how far you’ve come in our regular assessments.

We start with a thorough assessment of your current physical and general health, understanding your baseline and identifying areas for improvement. This step ensures we create a plan that is both achievable and tailored to your unique needs.
